Shop Manager

Shop Manager Responsibilities:
The shop manager is responsible for the day to day running of the branch. Repairing PCs and laptops, Opening and closing the shop, cashing up the till, managing staff, merchandising, stock control, promoting the branch, dealing with retail and business customers and organising home deliveries and setups.

Skills required:
Sales, Good communication skills, Customer Service, Hardware and software installation, General IT skills, Networking, software knowledge including Microsoft products such as Word Excel etc, operating systems Window 98, 98SE, Millennium, 2000, XP and Vista, Apple knowledge is an advantage.

Additional requirements:

Applicants should be smart and presentable, well mannered, amenable and enthusiastic. You will need to have a thirst for knowledge, be able to work alone and as part of a team with drive to push the branch to succeed. Self-motivation is an essential along with good organizational skills such as time management and administration.

Onsite Network Engineer

Onsite Network Engineer Responsibilities:
The Onsite Network Engineer is responsible for the day to day running of the onsite work. Repairing PCs and laptops, Servicing and installing networks, installing PCs and servers, collecting stock, delivering goods to customers, managing work schedule, dealing with business and retail customers and organizing home deliveries and setups.

Skills required:
Server installation including all Microsoft Server software, Sales, Good communication skills, Customer Service, General IT skills, Networking, Hardware and software installation, software knowledge including Microsoft products such as Word Excel etc, operating systems Window 98, 98SE, Millennium, 2000, XP and Vista, Apple knowledge and Microsoft certification is an advantage.

You will need to have a thirst for knowledge, be able to work alone and as part of a team with drive to push your area to succeed.
